LITDESK CONNECT

Share the update. Keep control of the record.

Give clients and other authorised parties access to the case information your team chooses to publish. Keep internal work separate from the external view.

An Indian legal advisor explaining a selected document to a client across a desk.

A deliberate connection between the team and the party.

Clients need relevant information, while staff need room to manage the working record. LitDesk Connect provides case-specific access with a clear publishing boundary.

Published updates

Make selected information available to authorised parties.

Shared documents

Publish the document version intended for the recipient.

Permitted dates

Show the dates a party is allowed to view.

Reviewed submissions

Receive files from parties for staff review.

Prepare internally. Publish deliberately.

Review the information intended for the party, publish the appropriate update or document, and keep incoming submissions within the staff review process.

Parties do not consume staff seats. Completed closure, transfer, or external handoff ends ordinary party access. Reopening does not automatically restore previous grants.

Questions about LitDesk Connect.

Can a party access internal notes and all case documents?

No. Parties see explicitly published information and permitted dates, not the full internal working record.

Does Connect include live chat or automated WhatsApp messaging?

No separate chat system is included. WhatsApp sharing, where used, is manual and user-initiated.
